Tenure-track Faculty Position in Criminal Justice
LSU Alexandria seeks applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Criminal Justice. Responsibilities will include teaching, advising/mentoring and a commitment to professional growth and service. Specific teaching fields are open; candidates will be expected to teach a range of both lower and upper level courses in the newly approved BS in Criminal Justice. Experience with on-line teaching is a plus. The University has a long tradition of offering the Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Preference will be given to candidates with the doctorate in criminal justice, criminology, administration of justice or a closely related field. Salary will be competitive and all full-time employees have a full benefits package.
